By using Adapteats you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short.
What Adapteats is
Adapteats is a lifestyle and convenience product that adapts recipes to fit a dietary profile you provide. It is not a medical product, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always read ingredient labels and consult a qualified professional for medical questions.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the accuracy of the dietary information you enter. Adapteats relies on what you tell it to do its job.
Subscription
Adapteats requires a subscription after a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel any time in your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google according to their policies.
Fair-use limit
To protect the service against abuse, each account is limited to 250 recipe adaptations per calendar month. Cached adaptations (the same recipe with the same dietary profile) do not count toward this limit. Average use is well below the cap.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break the service, scrape it, resell it, or use it for any purpose that is unlawful in your jurisdiction. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
Adapteats is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at what you paid in the past 12 months. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in-app or by email at least 14 days in advance.
